1 Fresh Hawaiian papaya (seeded and cut into medium diced cubes)
1 To 2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
1/2 Mild red onion, sliced
Juice of 1 medium-sized llime
1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate salsa until serving time. Yield: 2 cups salsa
Try on broiled or barbequed chicken, fish or pork. Tasty!
