Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 14 oz Can artichoke hearts (in water)
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
 Crudites, pita chips or bagel chips

Preparation

Drain artichoke hearts; chop; mash. Mix with mayonnaise and cheese. Pour into glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with desired crudites or chips.
