| 1 14 oz | Can artichoke hearts (in water) |
| 3/4 cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| | Crudites, pita chips or bagel chips |
Drain artichoke hearts; chop; mash. Mix with mayonnaise and cheese. Pour into glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with desired crudites or chips.
