Ingredients

125ml Spring onions
1 clove Garlic
2 cans Chickpeas
1 Carrot
22ml Ground cumin
30ml Lemon juice
45ml Flour
Salt
Ground pepper
Salad
175 Plan yoghurt

Preparation

Finely chop the spring onions, crush the garlic, drain the chickpeas and roughly mash. Grate the carrot. Mix all the ingrediants together and season. Shape tablespoons of falafel mixture into rough patties. Dust with flour. Heat 4cm oil in a pan and fry falafels in batches until golden. Serve with salad and a drizzle with yoghurt.

Cook's Notes

Bake the falafels in oven to cut the fat even more.
