Preparation
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease pie plate. Combine flour, salt, paprika, pepper & garlic powder in shallow dish. Roll scallops in seasoned flour, shaking off excess. Dip into egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs, covering completely.
Wrap each scallop in bacon and secure with toothpick. Transfer to prepared dish. Bake until bacon is crisp and scallops are cooked through, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with sauce.
