| 4 | Skinless boneless chicken breast halves |
| 2 tbsp | (1/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted |
| | Lemon wedges |
1. Preheat the broiler or prepare a charcoal fire
2. Remove all fat and sinew from the chicken breasts. Put each half between 2 sheets of waxed paper and pound until very thin. Chill until ready to use.
3. Brush one side of each peice with melted butter and put under the broiler or over the coals. Grill for about 3 minutes. Turn chicken over and brush the other side with butter. The grill will sear the meat and leave some black lines. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Good summer meal. Serve with tossed green salad.
