Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Simple Kielbasa dish, a little plain

Ingredients

32 oz. Sauerkraut (drained and rinsed thoroughly)
1 lb. Kielbasa or other smoked sausage (chopped into several large serving pieces)
2 cups Potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Onion (thinly sliced)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Add sauerkraut to large casserole dish.

3. Cover with onions and potatoes.

4. Add kielbasa chunks to the top.

5. Cover dish and cook for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

Cook's Notes

I think I would put the kielbasa under/with the sauerkraut next time.
