Festive Cranberry Stuffing

Great for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) Swanson chicken broth (1 3/4)

Generous dash of pepper

1 stalk Celery, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries

1 Small onion, coarsely chopped

4 cups Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing

Preparation

Mix broth, pepper, celery, cranberries and onion in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender.

Add stuffing. Mix lightly.

Cook's Notes

This recipe is very tasty and low in fat. To lower the sodium use low salt chicken broth. Cranberries provide a bonus to this recipe. They are a functional food and provide health benefits beyonds the usual food nutrients. See Nutrition News for more information.
