Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add 1-1/2 cups pretzels. Pulse 5 times or until chopped. Add honey; process just until combined. Press pretzel mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray; freeze 30 minutes.
Combine Kiwi-Lime Frozen Yogurt and tequila in a bowl; stir well. Spread into prepared crust; freeze until firm.
Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a small saucepan; let stand 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Pour mixture into a small bowl; freeze 30 minutes. Beat on high speed of an electric mixer 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Add sugar and triple sec; beat 1 minute. Chill. Thaw slightly; spread over pie. Sprinkle chopped pretzels. Serve immediately.
