I agree, I needed to have more moisture when cooking the chicken. I started with a generous spraying of Pam and 1/2 way through added a splash of olive oil on each side of the pan (probably 1 Tbsp each side). The sesame oil I increased to approx 1 1/2 Tbsp because I love sesame oil and wanted to taste it. I added it to the soy sauce and guessed how much sugar to add thinking it needed to be enough to help the sauce thicken, so I put in approx 1/2 cup. This may be sweeter than some care for, but I was also serving it to my 4, 6 and 7 year old children, so it needed to have some sweetness to win their votes. Everybody voted they LOVED the recipe and I LOVED that it wasn't deep fried and tasted great.

This recipe was ok. But I used pam to cook the chicken, and it wasn't enough. It would work if you used a small amount of canola or olive oil. Also.. the directions say to use sugar, but there is no amount in the recipe anywhere.
