Ingredients

1 pound Tilapia fillets
1 teaspoon Paprika
4 tablespoons Water
1/2 cup Pineapple chunks, canned in water
1/2 cup Mango, fresh, sliced
1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
1/2 cup Bell pepper, green, chopped
1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 Jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons Cilantro, fresh

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut fish into 4 equal pieces (4 ounces each), if necessary. Rinse with water and pat dry with paper towels. Place fish fillets on a baking pan so they are spread evenly apart; drizzle water around fish. Sprinkle the tops of the fish with paprika.

Bake until the fish is done, or when it flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 15 -20 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the remaining ingredients for the salsa in a medium bowl and mix well.

Serve each fish fillet with 1/2 cup of salsa.

The recipe states to place the fish on a baking dish but does not say to use cooking spray, or oil....will the fish stick to the pan?
