Ingredients

1/2 cup Vanilla soymilk or non-fat milk
1/2 cup Non-fat yogurt
2 tbsp All natural peanut butter
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp Splenda

Preparation

Add all ingedients In a blender, mix until smooth.

This is really good. I did add some ice cubes, just to make it a little thicker. Otherwise consistency is like chocolate milk. Flavor is great!!
