Ingredients
1 can Red kidney beans
1 can Black beans
1 can Garbanzo beans (chick peas)
3-4 Scallion (green onion), finely sliced
1/4cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/8 cup Water
Preparation
add well rinsed beans to bowl
in separate container prepare dressing with rest of the ingredients, shake well & add to bowl of beans.
chill for about 30 minutes.
Cook's Notes
substitue the type of bean ( i have used canelli/ white kidnet beans, butter beans)
also substitute scallion for minced red onion.
adjust dressing quanties to taste (use less or more water, lemon or olive ol)
