1/2 c. Chopped green onion
1/4 c. Cilantro
1/4 c. Chopped or grated ginger root
8 cloves Garlic
1/4 c. Fresh lime juice
1/4 c. Seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c. Soy sauce
2 t. Brown sugar
1 t. Black pepper
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
Put all vegetables in food processor and process until finely chopped and well-blended. Add rest of ingredients and process until well mixed.
Great over fish or pasta, especially pasta with shrimp or scallops.
