Salmon Roulades

A delicious, low-fat and easy appetizer.

Ingredients

Smoked salmon slices

Rye bread

Lime juice and zest

Red onion

Olive oil

Preparation

Whiz a slice or two of rye bread in the food processor. Mix bread crumbs with lime juice, finely chopped red onion, lime zest, and a bit of olive oil. (Just enough to hold filling together.)


Roll smoked salmon around about 2 tsp of filling. Garnish with more lime zest.
