Ingredients

1/2 cup Espresso, cooled
2 1/2 cups 2% milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tb Dry pectin

Preparation

Combine pectin and sugar. Add milk and shake until sugar dissolves. Add espresso.

Cook's Notes

If the espresso is too hot, the pectin will gel. It it's too cold, the pectin won't dissolve. It has to be j-u-s-t right . This doesn't keep, so drink up.
