Ingredients

1 cup Fat-free milk
1/2 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt
1 Ripe banana
1/4 tsp. Pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Blend the milk and frozen yogurt in a blender for 1 minute. Add the banana and vanilla; blend.
