Tasty asian style chicken meal

Ingredients
1 Serving of rice
4 oz. Chicken
1 cup Snow peas
1/2 Green bell pepper
1 Green onion
2 tsp. Canola oil
1 clove Garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
Preparation
Slice chicken into strips. Slice green onion into slices. Wash and trim snow peas, set aside. Heat oil on low-medium heat and saute garlic until golden. Raise to medium, stir-fry chicken 1-2 minutes; add vegetables and teriyaki sauce, and stir-fry 5-6 minutes. Serve over rice.
