Ingredients
2 tbsp Canola oil
1 tbsp Minced garlic
3 cups Short-grain white rice, cooked and cooled
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
1/4 cup Chopped green onion
Preparation
Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat until oil almost begins to smoke. Add garlic, before garlic browns, add rice and mix rapidly so rice does not stick to sides of wok or pan.
Once mixture is thoroughly combined, pour beaten eggs over rice and toss again rapidly until all egg is cooked. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Garnish with green onions.

Any vegetables can be added...cook through before adding garlic.
