Ingredients

2 Bananas - quartered
250g Strawberrys
2tbsp Oatmeal
500g Natural Yoghurt
VARY FRUIT TO SUIT YOUR TASTE

Preparation

place all ingredients into blended and spin untill smooth

Serve in a glass

MAKE SURE TO PEEL FRUIT AND REMOVE ELAVES AND TO WASH THEM FIRST!!!

The weirdest thing is, I would never have thought of using oatmeal in a smoothie... but it really helps the texture.
