Ingredients

1 Whole grain bap
1 Or 2 lettuce leaves
1 Tomatoe - slices
Onion - rings
2 Rashers bacon
Optional :
Potatoes boiled or baby
Small hadful chips

Preparation

Grill the bacon or cook in oven to reduce fat content. Once cooked trim off excess fat.

Minimul butter on bun or ketchup -small dollop
