Ingredients

1 English muffin Plain
1 tbs Peanut butter
1tbs Preserves
1/2 cup Strawberries halved

Preparation

Toast the english muffing and spread the peanut butter and jelly on both sides then top with the strawberries.

Cook's Notes

I love this recipe Its so easy to fix on a morning that your running late. I also substitute whole wheat english muffins to add fiber and no sugar added jelly to cut on carbs.
