Ingredients
1/4 cup Frozen edamame beans, pre shucked
2 cups Spinach, tightly packed
2-3 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup Tahini (or nut butter)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Flax, hemp, or grapeseed oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Tamari
1-2 tsp Asian chili garlic sauce (or other hot sauce)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
Preparation
Steam edamame until bright green & thawed. In a food processor, combine the edamame & all other ingredients & blend until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
