Ingredients
3 cups Fat-free soy crumbles
3 cups Canned, no salt added black beans, rinsed and drained
3 cups Lower sodium chipotle favored salsa
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Ground cumin
2 Avocados
Preparation
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy crumbles, beans, salsa, chili powder, and cumin. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes, or until heated through. Top each serving with 1/4 cup of avocado.
