Ingredients
3 cup Broccoli florets
6 cup Plum tomato, sliced
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
24 Basil leaves, sliced
18 ounces Left over turkey
1 1/2 cup Wheat penne
Preparation
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Sautee broccoli and tomato in olive oil, set aside.
Heat turkey.
Toss pasta, turkey, basil leaves wiht sauteed broccoli and tomatoes.
