Ingredients
1/2 cup Egg whites, scrambled
1/4 cup Red onion
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Slice Muenster Kase cheese
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1/4 cup Baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup Avocado, sliced
1 100% whole wheat english muffin
Preparation
Scramble eggs in cooking oil spray with sliced red onion. Place on bottom of english muffin. Dress with mustard, cheese slice, tomato slice, spinach leaves, and avocado slices and top with english muffin.
