Great breakfast, cook a big pot and eat the left overs!

Ingredients

4 cups Water
1 cup Steel cut oats
2 tbs Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 Apples, diced
1 cup Dried cranberries (optional)

Preparation

Bring the water to a boil. Stir in honey, cinnamon, vanilla and steel cut oats. Reduce heat to medium and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add diced apples and dried cranberries. Simmer, stirring occasionally until the oats are tender, typically 30-40 mins. Allow to cool before serving.
