Ingredients

1 cup Low-fat, low sugar vanilla soy milk
3/4 cup Plain low fat yogurt
6 ounce Firm silken tofu
1/4 cup Dry roasted almonds

Preparation

Place soy milk, yogurt, tofu, and almonds in a blender. Blend until smooth about 1 minute. Serve Cold.
