1 cup Berries (any mix)
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Soy milk (or any kind of milk)
1 Scoop any kind of protein powder (or if you don't have protein power add 1 egg white)
3/4 cup Yogurt (your choice what kind)
1 cup Ice
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
