Ingredients

• 3 ripe avocados
• 1/4 of a medium red onion, chopped
• 1/2 of a medium tomato, chopped
• 1 fresh lime (just squeeze the juice in)
• 2 tablespoons Sour cream
• 1 bunch Fresh cilantro leaves (just pull the leaves off, give them a rough chop and throw em in)
• 1/2 tsp Sea salt

Preparation

Mash the avocados (either until creamy or leave em with some texture, which is what I do) -- add the lime juice, sour cream, cilantro leaves and salt -- fold in. Finishing by adding the tomato and onion -- fold in gently. Don't stir it around too much at this point because the tomatoes will become mushy!
