Ingredients
1 package Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Carton eggs, poached
2 Pkgs brown gravy
1 Large onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
5 Large red potatos, chopped
1 tsp Ms. Dash seasoning
1 lb Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
Chop potatoes with skins on into bite size pieces. Boil potatos until just tender and remove from heat, drain and set aside
Broil bacon on broiler pan until crispy, set aside to cool and than crumble.
Poach eggs by placing 3 or 4 at a time in a pan on high heat with a little water; cover and wait 5 minutes before removing; set aside
Make gravy according to package directions and remove from heat and set aside
Heat large skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil and cook green peppers, crushed garlic, and onions for 3 minutes. Add all ingrediants and seasoning. Heat until bubbly, about 5-10 minutes on medium low heat.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover until melted. Serve.
