Ingredients
8 Cooked chicken breats (poach or crockpot with carrots & celery & salt)
Raw carrots & celery
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1.5 tbs Poppy seeds
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Montery Jack cheese
1 stick Butter
2 Rolls of ritz crackers
Preparation
Pre-warm oven to 350 degrees.
Cook or poach chicken ahead of time in water with carrotts, celery & salt. Discard carrots & celery once complete. Chop up chicken and line bottom of 9x11 casserole pan.
Heat soup and 1/4 cup of water till warm.
Add Sour cream. Stir completely.
Add poppy seeds. Stir completely.
Add cheese. Stir completely.
Pour over Chicken.
Melt butter & crush crakcers. Mix together and spread over chicken.
Back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
