Chicken Strips

Ingredients

4 Boneless chicken breasts

A little vegetable oil

1 1/4 c. Ritz or Townhouse cracker crumbs (1 sleeve)

1/4 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cut chicken into strips.

Combine cracker crumbs, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in small bowl.

Dip chicken strips into vegetable oil, and then roll in cracker mixture.

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
