Roast Chicken with apples

Rosemary fresh 2.00 tablespoon
Thyme fresh chopped 2 tablespoon
Black pepper 0.25 teaspoon
Salt 0.50 teaspoon
6 Macintosh apples cored and sliced
chicken broth 1.00 cup (c)
Sweet potatoes 3.00
apsaragus 3.00 cup (c)
peas 3.00 cup (c)
Preparation
1 "preheat oven to 450"
2 "coat chicken with rosemary thyme, salt and pepper"
3 "add to roasting pan with apples, sweet potatoes and onion"
4 "pour broth over vegetables"
5 "Place in oven, lower heat to 325 roast 20 min per pound basting every 30 minutes"
6 "Let stand for 10 minutes before carving"
