Meat or Bulgar wheat/ Edamame 1 lb

Carrots diced 2.00

Onion 1.00

Celery diced 2.00

Jalapeno diced 1.00

Bell pepped diced 1.00

Garlic clove 2.00

Chili powder 2.50 tablespoon

Fennel 1.00 teaspoon

Cumin 1.00 teaspoon

Beans/ black eyed peas 2.00 (c)

Tomatoes crushed 28.00 (oz)

Tomato paste 6.00 (oz)

peas 1.00 cup (c)

green beans 1.00 cup (c)

plain yogurt 4 tbsp

Cornbread mix or sourdough loaf

Preparation

Cook it all day in the crock pot. Top with sour cream, onions. Bake the bread.
