Ingredients
2 cups Canned diced tomatoes
2 cups Tomatoe sauce
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Diced onions
1/2 cup Diced green bell peppers
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp The Lady House seasoning
1 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
2 Small bay leaves
1 1/2 lbs Ground turkey
1 cup Grated cheese
1 cup Grated montery jack cheese
1 package Spagetti noodles
Preparation
1. Combine tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, water, onions, peppers, garlic, parsley, seasoning, sugar and bay leaves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
2. Add drained, cooked ground turkey, simmer 20 minutes.
3. Cook Pasta.
4. Cover 13x9x2 pan with sauce, pasta, then cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce.
5. When removed from oven, add more cheese. Return to oven until melted.
Cook's Notes
Lady House Seasoning: Mix together 1 cup salt, 1/4 cup black pepper, 1/4 cup garlic powder.
