Easy breakfast casserole.

Ingredients

6 Eggs
6 Bread slices (cubed)
2 cups Milk
2 cups Shredded cheese
1/4 tsp Ground mustard
1 Onion diced
Meat (your choice, optional)
Veggies (your choice, optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Mix all ingredients.

3. Thoroughly spray casserole dish with cooking spray.

4. Put mix into casserole dish.

5. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour

Cook's Notes

Enter all your favorite veggies and/or breakfast meat. You can also throw leftovers in, like taco meat and do it mexican style. Garnish with salsa.
