Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts
2 cubes Chicken bullion
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
Dash pepper
1 can Low-sodium cream of chicken soup
1 c Tomato, diced
1 c Pineapple
1 c Frozen peas, thawed w/ cold water
1 c Green bell pepper, diced
3 Green onions, diced
1/2 c Sliced almonds
1/2 c Shredded coconut
1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Crunchy Chinese noodles
Cooked rice

Preparation

Chicken gravy:

In a large saucepan, combine whole chicken breasts, 4-5 c water (depending on desired amount of gravy), chicken bullion, garlic salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 1 hour.

When chicken is completely cooked through, remove from saucepan (reserving water) and dice into 1 in. cubes. Stir soup into remaining water. Return chicken to pan. Cook until gravy comes to desired consistency.

Put gravy, rice, and all other ingredients into separate serving bowls. Allow each person to build their own stack, starting with rice, then chicken gravy, then whatever else sounds good. Try it all!
