BROWN GROUND BEEF, RINSE AND DRAIN. ADD ONION AND BROWN. ADD CELERY, CARROTS AND BROTH. SIMMER 10-15 MINUTES. ADD DICED POTATOES AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES. ADD TOMATOES, YELLOW SQUASH AND SEASONINGS, TO TASTE. SIMMER UNTIL SQUASH, POTATOES AND CARROTS ARE TENDER. THICKEN BROTH WITH CORNSTARCH AND WATER.
