Preparation
Mix beef, egg, onion and crackers together. Add mixture of remaining ingredients and blend well. Lightly grease 10" cast iron skillet. Pat meat into skillet. Put 3-4" from coals. Cook 15 minute. Turn out onto foil. Brush with sauce. Cook 15 minutes longer or until done. Note: you can also cook with your iron skillet on the BBQ grill.
Mix sauce ingredients all together. Spread half over meatloaf while cooking. Use the rest when serving.
