Ingredients

6 Ground beef patties
1 can (10 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1/3 cup Water
1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

Preparation

PLACE patties in 2-quart shallow

baking dish. Mix soup, water and

Qregano. Pour over patties. Top

with cheese.

BAKE at 400°F. for 20 minutes or

until patties are no longer pink.

Serve on rolls or with pasta.

Maybe my patties were too thick, but this took a lot longer than 20 minutes to cook. Also, although it smelled great cooking, the flavor wasn't infused in the burger very much. Next time I will make very THIN patties and see if that helps. Thanks!
