Ingredients

1 cup Green Giant Valley Selections Japanese Mix, Frozen Vegetables (sugar snap peas, broccoli florets, carrots, water chestnuts, and yellow bell peppers)
1 can President's Choice White Albacore Tuna (low sodium), drained and broken up into chunks
3/4 cup Brown Rice, long grain, cooked
1 tbsp. Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

1. Place the frozen vegetables in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave on high about 2 minutes

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the vegetable bowl and mix.

3. Microwave on high about 2 minute, stir and microwave 1 more minute.

Let sit and additional minute before enjoying.
