Ingredients

1 lb Swiss chard or kale

4 tb Evoo

1 Lg onion

5 cloves Garlic

2 Carrots & celery stalks finely chopped

1/2 ts Salt & crushed red pepper

2 tb Tomato paste

1 c Tomato sauce

8 c Water

6 Eggs

Preparation

1. stem greens

2. saute veggies in evoo

3. add salt, pepper & paste

4. add all wet ingredients and simmer

5. add eggs to top & poach.
