2 cups Tamari
3 tbsp Grated ginger
1/2 cup Sucanat
4 tbsp Arrowroot
4 Garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup Lemon juice
1 cup Water
1. In a sauce pan, combine all but arrowroot and water.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Mix in another bowl arrowroot and water with whisk
4. Add to sauce pan and cook until thickened.
