Ingredients

4 cups Milk
3 cups Shredded cheese
2 cups Uncooked macaroni

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a casserole dish and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.

For some reason the cheese didn't melt all the way, so it didn't mix well with the milk. I cooked it a bit extra, not sure what I did wrong.

Wow! I didn't know it was this easy to make your own mac and cheese! I added salt and pepper to the mixture and a few pats of olive oil margarine to the top before I put it in the oven. I halved the recipe as I didn't need a big dish. I used strictly shredded cheddar cheese that I shredded from a block of cheese and fat free milk. Next time I will use all different kinds of cheeses. I baked it for 45 mins at 350 since I reduced the portion. My daughter flipped out because she didn't expect it to taste so good! Thank you!
