Ingredients
1 cup Non-fat Yogurt
4-5 Ice cubesIce
2 cups Cooked beets, sliced (canned is fine)
2tbs Honey
1 tbs Orange juce
Pinch of orange zest
Preparation
In blender, cook beets, non-fat yogurt, ice cubes; puree until smooth. Add the honey and ornage juice.BLEND.
