Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

1/2 cup Chopped onion

4 cloves Garlic (chopped)

Olive oil

Cumin

broth/water (2-3 cups )

1 can Black beans

Lemon juice

Tomatoes or other veggie

Chili flakes

Oregano

Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Cook onion, garlic, cumin. Add the broth, beans, lemon juice, veggies (tomatoes), chili flakes, oregano. Boil for 15 minutes, uncovered. Mash it a little bit. Cook uncovered for 10 more minutes. Add vinegar at the end.
