1 c Rolled spelt
1/4 c Almond meal
½ c Finely sliced almonds
¼ c Finely sliced sunflower seeds
¼ c Buckwheat groats
1/2 Grated apple
Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
½ c Almond milk to taste
Preparation
Mix ingredients together to form a muesli and add as much of your chosen milk as you desire.
