Ingredients
1/3 Cucumber
1 Tomato
1 Handful Lettuce leaves
1 Small handful spinach leaves
2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
1 tbsp Hummus
2 Wheat free tortillas
1/4 Lemon
Preparation
Spread hummus along the wrap, just left of centre.
Place ingredients alongside the wrap and sprinkle on seeds, lemon juice and oil.
Wrap up by folding over the bottom length first (to prevent spillage) and then wrapping over.
