1 Large red delicious apple peeled and finely chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 t Sugar or splenda
1/2 (24 oz) carton fat free cottage cheese
3/4 cup Apple butter
2 t Chopped walnuts or pecans
sprinkle chopped apple with salt cinnamon and sugar. Toss till well coated. Stir in cottage cheese and applebutter.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top
Keep refrigerated till ready to serve.
