Ingredients
1 cup Uncooked rice
2 cups Water
Dash sea salt (optional)
Preparation
Put rice in pot, cover with water and add sea salt (optional). Bring to boil, then cover and simmer over very low heat for about 15-20.
Cook's Notes
I rinse the rice first by running water into the pot over the rice and draining off the cloudy water. It can take several rinses until the water runs clear (or gets less cloudy). Then I add the 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil, etc... This process makes the rice stickier.
